I need four, And if you could say something about them it would be even better.
ratatouille - a dish based on tomatoes, garlic, onions, zucchini , eggplant , bell peppers, marjoram and basil, cooked together
aioli - a garlic mayonnaise
bouillabaisse - a fish stew closely associated withe the city of Marseille.
rouille - a sauce that consists of olive oil with breadcrumbs, garlic, saffron and chili peppers.
Is provence a city or a country?

I am doing a project on a culture. I find provence interesting and I never heard of provence so I am not sure if it is appropriate for my culture project.
any good websites on provence would be helpful.
thanks
does Provence have a good culture different to France? should I do Pueto Rico instead because Provence is like doing France?
Well, if you mean "Provence," it's a region of France (see 1st link, below), but if you mean "province" it's an area of a country, like Canada, that's roughly comparable to a state in the United States (see 2nd link, below).
And this, boys and girls, is a perfect example of why good spelling and typing skills are very important!

Mireille Mathieu : a tribute to Marcel Pagnol
Posted by admin
A song about the famous French writer (from Provence) : Marcel Pagnol.
( “He loved springs, his friends and his wife”)
